RAM’s Hours of operation tools act as a single point of truth that powers ordering, staffing, reporting, and guest-facing experiences. Even minor inaccuracies propagate across platforms, creating widespread operational issues and costs. Legacy tools were incredibly fragmented and error-prone, preventing teams from updating hours and maintaining accuracy.
